fall MixTape Monday: Guest DJ + Weekend RecapWishing and waiting for Fall…

Another weekend of work and play. I’ve been squeezing in as many days and hours of work as I possibly can since I’ll be traveling for most of Sept. Saturday was pretty much spent holed up with my computer doing some editing and what not. Oh, but I did get to sneak out to the store to pick up some survival essentials – you know…cereal, chocolate, ice cream…the typical fare for a 5 year old, pretty much. Well, a 5 year old trapped in a 30+ year old. Sunday I got to fulfill my cravings for crunchy french toast (THANKS C+J!!) and then headed out to see the parental units who not only approved but loved my blombre (blonde+ombre) hair (my FB friends can see the pic)…which makes me question their parental status even more. But my bro even, kind of, approved so I guess it does look ok.

Speaking of which…we have a guest DJ today. Chris complained that there wasn’t much mix in my mixtapes so I responded with a very mature, adult reply: Fine, you do it then. Yeah, we tend to bicker like brothers and sisters…probably because we are. So here’s his hip-hop mixtape:

    LOL! I definitely can tell that this was a Chris mixtape. :D i want to see the hair but I have no FB! Blasted! I’ll have to wait until the hubby comes home so I can highjack his account. HAHA
